Strategic Planning

Engagement in strategic planning is a statement of your organization’s commitment to bringing about organizational change and development, specifically in light of desire to increase its resource development capacity.  The objective of this planning exercise is to address strategic direction over a two- to three-year timeframe.  Byrne Pelofsky’s strategic planning process consists of three steps: 1) Pre-Planning, 2) Strategic Plan Design and 3) Final Plan Approval and utilizes an in-person retreat approach to help ensure participation and dialogue.
