Introducing Byrne Pelofsky’s Newest Team Members
We’ve merged, we’ve moved and we’re growing! Byrne Pelofsky is excited to introduce our newest team members: Beth Silverstein, Dani Schaeffer and Nikki Williamson. All three bring successful nonprofit backgrounds and expertise that complement our team and will benefit those we serve. Welcome Beth, Dani and Nikki!
Beth comes to Byrne Pelofsky with more than 35 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector. Since her early days in philanthropy, Beth has focused on challenging colleagues and donors to envision what can happen when donor passion intersects with institutional aspiration. She brings expertise in strategic planning, donor development and capital campaigns in healthcare, libraries and education. “Beth has extensive experience with major gift fundraising and a passion for philanthropy. We know Beth will inspire nonprofits, donors and volunteers to dream big,” notes Jeffrey D. Byrne, Co-Founder + CEO.
“I feel privileged to have joined a team of seasoned professionals who share my commitment to helping nonprofits change the world for the better. I look forward to helping mentor the next generation of philanthropy,” says Beth.
Dani has been connected to the nonprofit sector since she was eight years old, and it has inspired her to dedicate her life to the same work. She also shares her expertise at numerous classes, conferences and workshops. “Dani brings an inherent commitment to philanthropy. We are confident her perspective and insight will help our clients develop meaningful relationships to advance charitable giving,” shares Lisa Pelofsky, Co-Founder + CEO.
“I am thrilled to join Byrne Pelofsky + Associates. I have dedicated my life to helping nonprofits here in Kansas City, and by joining this team, I will not only be able to make a bigger impact here in my home town but also all over the nation.”
A majority of Nikki’s experience has been working for organizations that make her more immersed in her community. She has supported efforts that increase access to educational and business opportunities and leverage the power of collaboration. “Nikki’s focus on improving communities will strengthen our clients, community and the nonprofit sector,” says Jeffrey D. Byrne, Co-Founder + CEO.
“I look forward to the growth, development and innovative opportunities that come with being part of a new business with colleagues who have a vast array of expertise and experience.”
