Introducing Byrne Pelofsky’s Newest Team Members
We’ve merged, we’ve moved and we’re growing!  Byrne Pelofsky is excited to introduce our newest team members: Beth Silverstein, Dani Schaeffer and Nikki Williamson.  All three bring successful nonprofit backgrounds and expertise that complement our team and will benefit those we serve. Welcome Beth, Dani and Nikki!

Elizabeth Reynolds Silverstein, Senior Consultant

Beth comes to Byrne Pelofsky with more than 35 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector.  Since her early days in philanthropy, Beth has focused on challenging colleagues and donors to envision what can happen when donor passion intersects with institutional aspiration.  She brings expertise in strategic planning, donor development and capital campaigns in healthcare, libraries and education. “Beth has extensive experience with major gift fundraising and a passion for philanthropy.  We know Beth will inspire nonprofits, donors and volunteers to dream big,” notes Jeffrey D. Byrne, Co-Founder + CEO.

K. Danielle Schaefer, Grants Coordinator

Dani has been connected to the nonprofit sector since she was eight years old, and it has inspired her to dedicate her life to the same work. She also shares her expertise at numerous classes, conferences and workshops.  “Dani brings an inherent commitment to philanthropy. We are confident her perspective and insight will help our clients develop meaningful relationships to advance charitable giving,” shares Lisa Pelofsky, Co-Founder + CEO.
