It’s been a few months since we rebranded from Byrne Pelofsky + Associates and Social Impact Advisors to Byrne Pelofsky so we thought you might want to understand a bit more about the background of the logo design and its special meaning.

Our logo embodies our commitment to guiding nonprofits toward success with a strong visual metaphor of navigation and direction. At the heart of the design is a location pin, symbolizing the organization’s role in helping nonprofits find their way through the complexities of fundraising, strategic planning, and philanthropic growth. The three concentric rings within the pin represent the three founders, whose combined expertise and collaborative approach serve as the foundation for the firm’s work. These layers of support reflect the depth of experience and tailored guidance BPS provides to its clients. The tagline, “Building pathways to nonprofit success,” is reinforced by the navigation theme of the logo, illustrating that BPS doesn’t just offer advice—they help chart a course, providing clear direction and actionable strategies to ensure long-term sustainability. The bold yet inviting typography complements the visual elements, reinforcing the brand’s role as a trusted partner in the nonprofit sector.

So who is BPS?

Byrne Pelofsky is a full-service advising firm for local, regional, and national nonprofits who need to increase financial sustainability, build, retain, and engage donors, and need to demonstrate increased impact. Our team of trusted fundraising advisors has worked with more than 750 nonprofit clients raising more than $3.5 billion to serve the tremendous need in our communities.

And we are ready to support your nonprofit fundraising missions ESPECIALLY during these rather turbulent times.
