Lori Kodanaz, Head of Office Operations

Lori heads our office operations providing writing, editing and collaborative support across all projects. She has an extensive business background as an executive account representative with IBM, overseeing complex integration projects.  In addition, she provides expertise in Event Management and Marketing. She is passionate about client relationships, client satisfaction and mutual respect. Lori was adopted from Concepcion, Chile and brought to Kansas City where she has lived all her life. She has a Bachelors of Arts in Communications from William Jewell College and has pursued additional education in online marketing content.  Lori played tennis at William Jewell College and is a guitarist/singer/songwriter. She continues to be active in the Kansas City tennis community.  She served on the advisory board for the Blue Valley School District and has held several other volunteer board positions in the community.
