Swope Health Announces New Projects + Plans at Loews Hotel Event

Swope Health, in collaboration with Byrne Pelofsky’s special events team, hosted an outdoor event on September 23 to announce new projects and plans with 150 community leaders, public officials and constituents. Swope Health CEO Jeron Ravin shared these updates and remarks on the lawn of the Loews Hotel offering a first look into the following upcoming projects:

  • PACE KC Adult Wellness Center – Swope Health has launched a capital campaign for the development of the PACE program (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) in Jackson County, to be called PACE KC, and for a new state-of-the-art Adult Wellness Center where many PACE services would be provided to qualified Jackson County residents.
  • Downtown Community Education Center in KCK – Swope Health will be part of the Kansas City Kansas Community College’s planned $70 million Downtown Community Education Center providing healthcare services for the urban core of Kansas City, Kansas. This collaboration brings synergy and resources to meet the diverse needs of patients, students and employers in a single location.
  • Swope Health KidsCare Clinic at Emmanuel Family & Child Development Center – Opening of two new sites for the KidsCare program including a KidsCare Community Clinic at Emmanuel Family & Child Development Center and a KidsCare Dental Clinic at Operation Breakthrough.
