Lisa Pelofsky inducted into the Kansas City Business Journal Women Who Mean Business class of 2021

The Kansas City Business Journal and a panel of independent judges recently chose Byrne Pelofsky’s own Lisa Pelofsky, Co-Founder + CEO, to join the select class of Women Who Mean Business for the year 2021.

The annual selection honors female leaders from Kansas City who represent not only significant business success, but who do so while uplifting the community at large and their fellow female peers. Lisa joins 24 other recipients who were honored at a luncheon at the Overland Park Convention Center this month.

When asked about her 20+ year career in fundraising for the mostly underrepresented, Lisa said, “I grew up around the best kitchen table in America.” She credits her parents for their inspiration and support.  Her mother, Brenda, founded Pelofsky and Associates in 2002 and Lisa continued down that path by purchasing the company in 2010.

Please join us in celebrating and congratulating Lisa for this achievement!
